1. Shipping and delivery

Shipping

Shipping is done from Monday through Saturday, except holidays. Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST, may ship the same day. Other packages are generally dispatched next day excluding orders with questioned or unclear payment, backordered items or custom orders. If free shipping is offered this free shipping offer may exclude some states, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Some items may not be available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO shipping.

Backordered and Out of Stock Items

If Tec Dive Gear will be unable to ship order within standard handling time due to backordered or out of stock item(s) then item(s) will be shipped as soon as we receive it from our supplier unless customer cancel back ordered merchandise. Tec Dive Gear will pay postage fees on all subsequent shipments after the initial one, within the U.S. and Canada territory.

Policy of Special Ordered Items

Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer are final sale and non-refundable. Please be advised that may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advance for conditions of sale and expected delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates and fees will vary based on the item and shipping destination.
Our site will always display your order total in the currency you select. There are no additional charges or duties when the product arrives at your door within continental U.S.

International Shipping and Pricing

Some items are not available for international shipping. International shipping rates if thus shipping available are calculated during checkout based on your desired service level, item type and quantity, total weight of your order, and the destination’s postal code. Additional charges related to shipping, duties, or tax may not be available at checkout for review before you complete your purchase but due upon order arrival. These additional fees, taxes and duties are to be paid by customer. Please find information with your local government, trade agency about possible additional expenses before ordering.

Insurance

Shipment insurance protects your order against damage or loss while your order is in transit. This insurance is automatically by standard included in your purchase up to $100 USD.
The employees who process your order are thoroughly trained and evaluated on proper packaging methods to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition but its customer responsibility to inspect ordered item(s) upon arrival. Additional shipping insurance can be requested and paid by customer. Please let us know before placing an order.

Receiving an item

Customer MUST inspect ordered item(s) against any damage, defect, missing or wrong received items.
If there is an incident during shipping and upon receiving item / box is visibly damaged DO NOT accept shipment nor DO NOT sign any shipper’s documents. If you sign shipper’s document(s) you accept the item condition and return, refund or exchange may be denied to you.

Signature confirmation

UPS, FedEx, USPS shipments doesn’t require by default signature upon receipt but for some packages of higher value signature might be required upon arrival. Packages cannot be rerouted after being shipped, they have to reach shipping address used while placing order.

Restrictions

Items available for international shipping vary depending on the delivery address. Please review the following restrictions for international orders:
Some items are not eligible for international shipping due to size and customs restrictions. Unfortunately, there may be items for sale on our U.S. site that are not available internationally.
Our system may prompt you to remove an item from your shopping cart if your destination country does not permit import of that item.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Tec Dive Gear: You have 14 calendar days to return an unused item from the date you received it for a full refund You have 28 calendar days to return an unused item from the date you received it for store credit Only items that have been purchased directly from Tec Dive Gear, either online or at Tec Dive Gear local store, can be returned. Tec Dive Gear products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all parts, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return or cancellation, including: Custom ordered items modified from their original features and attributes Custom finish goods Tec Dive Gear Store Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Certificates NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the delivered item(s) is wrong or damaged.

Ship your item back to Tec Dive Gear

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the received item is wrong or damaged upon receiving. Customer must fully inspect purchased item upon receiving against any damages, defects and / or missing items and accessories. More details about shipping service and procedures can be found on the SHIPPING AND DELIVERY page. To return an item to Tec Dive Gear use contact us link and request a return and RMA, please include your order number. If possible please provide a short explanation for return that could help us improve our service or products. If customer pays for return shipping you can choose the preferred shipping service and provider. Shipping insurance is not mandatory but recommended.

Bring your item to Tec Dive Gear local store.

You can always return the item to any U.S. Tec Dive Gear Retail Store. Tec Dive Gear specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. To locate a Tec Dive Gear Store in your area, please refer to Store Information section.

Refunds

Once we receive your item we will inspect your item against damages and or missing items, parts. Your refund will be initiated immediately following the inspection no later than 24 hours after receiving an item. If you canceled unshipped item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund within 24 hours after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Products purchased from Tec Dive Gear Online Store using Tec Dive Gear Store Gift Card will be refunded to you as a Tec Dive Gear Store Gift Card by email.

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from Tec Dive Gear in the U.S., you can take it to any Tec Dive Gear Retail Store for exchange if the item is eligible. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check exchange eligibility and in-stock availability by calling Tec Dive Gear Store before visiting, or simply by viewing the product on TecDiveGear.com to see if the item is available for pick up locally. Personalized items, custom-configured and finished items may not be eligible for exchange. Items ordered online from Tec Dive Gear that arrived damaged or incorrect can be returned to any U.S. Tec Dive Gear Retail Store, or by contacting Customer Service at 1.201.710.0042
