Waist strap d-rings can be moved to counter cylinder buoyancy changes and precisely adjust horizontal cylinder position, even very positively buoyant high helium mixes ones. 

Stealth 2.0 harness features also world's best weight management system for achieving perfect trim and balance. Many options of the weight management system allows you to place the weight in an ideal position relative to divers center of gravity. Central spine weight pocket is easy to move within a considerable range. Similarly to moving a V-weight on a twinset, you can apply the same principle for optimum position and thereby perfect balance and trim underwater.
